Paris-based Taiwanese-French jazz musician Estelle Perrault crafts a unique musical language with delicate emotion and a rich multicultural background. She skillfully blends jazz, R&B, and ’70s pop elements, presenting a style that is both vintage and modern.

For her upcoming performance in Taiwan, she will collaborate with American pianist Rob Clearfield and saxophonist Matt Chalk to perform selections from her album Promises. This album serves as a musical diary, expressing her questions about the world, inner conflicts, and fragments of childhood memories from Kaohsiung.

Estelle uses her voice as a bridge across borders, allowing listeners to feel her deep affection for Taiwan and sense of identity through melodies and lyrics. Her music also echoes this year’s “JAZZ TOGETHER” theme — connecting people through song and recording life through music.
