Contemporary Vocal Supergroup × Big Band Swing Extravaganza

Since its founding in 1987, the contemporary vocal supergroup New York Voices has become one of the world’s most iconic jazz vocal ensembles, renowned for their smooth arrangements and exceptional harmonic skills. They have been recognized with multiple Grammy Awards. Rooted in jazz, their music blends R&B, pop, classical, and Brazilian influences, showcasing a cross-genre, richly layered vocal charm.

Making their debut in Taichung, they will collaborate with the Taipei Jazz Orchestra to create a swinging extravaganza combining the power of a big band brass section with exquisite vocal arrangements. Majestic orchestrations and delicate voices intertwine, delivering the ultimate expression of contemporary large-ensemble jazz — from classic standards to modern compositions.
