Skyline, established in 2003, has consistently dedicated itself to blending jazz language with diverse musical elements, standing as one of the few representative bands in the Mandarin music scene focusing on original jazz. Over the past two decades, they have performed across Asia and actively collaborated with international musicians, fostering a dialogue between Taiwanese jazz and the world.

At this year’s Taichung Jazz Festival, Skyline will premiere their fifth studio album, City Voices, a musical narrative capturing local rhythms and the memories of the city.

Special guest SherryZ, known as the “Soul Queen of Taiwan’s Music Scene,” will join the performance. With her powerful and captivating voice, she will interpret the new works. SherryZ is a winner of the Golden Spin Award, a nominee for Best New Artist at the 36th Golden Melody Awards, and has established her musical style with her debut album Time. Their collaboration promises to be one of the most emotionally charged and vocally powerful highlights on this year’s main stage.
