Danish jazz vocalist Nana Rashid has emerged on the European jazz scene with her rich, delicate voice and intensely expressive improvisation. She skillfully blends traditional jazz with modern elements, delivering heartfelt and captivating performances that navigate effortlessly between subtlety and passion.

Nana has been invited to perform at internationally renowned festivals such as Copenhagen and Montreal and has collaborated with numerous top musicians, earning acclaim from critics and fans alike. At this year’s Taichung Jazz Festival, she will perform selections from her album Music for Betty, hailed as one of Denmark’s most representative jazz vocal works in recent years.

On this year’s main stage, themed around “Jazz Vocals,” Nana will connect the audience to the deep resonance of jazz through her pure vocal power.
