The emerging Polish jazz trio JAH Trio consists of pianist and vocalist Jan Jarecki, bassist Michał Aftyka, and drummer Marcin Sojka. All three members are frequent winners at jazz competitions both domestically and internationally, with performances spanning multiple European countries.

Their music centers on smooth melodies, rich rhythms, and flexible harmonies, blending modern jazz vocabulary while honoring the spirit of traditional jazz. Their works often feature swinging rhythms intertwined with improvisation, showcasing a musical aesthetic that balances delicacy and freedom.

Making their debut at the Taichung Jazz Festival, JAH Trio will present a vocalist-led instrumental trio performance, embodying the spirit of “JAZZ TOGETHER.” Through voice and musical phrases, they will lead the audience into the emotional flow and dialogue of jazz.
